WEST BABYLON, N.Y. — VERN Restaurant and Bar is giving Suffolk County diners several reasons to stop in this October, with a month of food-themed events and a Halloween celebration planned at its waterfront West Babylon location.
Located at 301 Bergen Avenue, VERN serves Caribbean-inspired cuisine, seafood, cocktails and more, with views overlooking the water. The restaurant also offers catering, private parties and live entertainment.
October’s upcoming events include National Dessert Day on Oct. 14, National Pasta Day on Oct. 17, National Chocolate Day on Oct. 28, and a Halloween celebration on Oct. 31, when guests are encouraged to come in costume.
The restaurant’s October schedule gives local residents a mix of casual dining and themed nights as the fall season gets underway.
